FIELD: production of liquid fuel from oil off-grade cocked products and waste products. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a reactor for extraction of hydrocarbon fractions of liquid fuel from off-grade coked products and waste products of oil processing. The invention is dealt with extraction of hydrocarbon fractions of liquid fuel from oil waste and off-grade products. The reactor has: a vertically installed cylindrical housing; a fixed on its lower butt disk with its contact surface facing inside the housing and with a central hole for connection of the housing with a sluice chamber installed under it; the disc heaters installed in a jacket fixed on the lower side of the disc; a located in the housing raw material reception unit fixed on the shaft linked with a drive of rotation; a sprinkling pipe with holes facing the contact surface of the disk and linked with a cavity of the raw material reception unit, and a knife located in parallel to the contact surface of the disc and the sprinkling pipe and in front of it in direction of the shaft rotation. At that the knife and the sprinkling pipe are rigidly fixed to the shaft. The invention allows to separate from the off-grade oil products and waste products of oil processing hydrocarbon fractions of liquid fuel and coke accompanying this process. ^ EFFECT: the invention allows to separate hydrocarbon fractions of liquid fuel and coke from the off-grade oil products and waste products of oil processing. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
