PURPOSE: A door cover locking apparatus for a fully automatic washing machine is provided to open and close the door cover conveniently by simplifying the structure, and to operate the opening pin with little force through the lever operation of a turning link. CONSTITUTION: An operating bar(4) of a solenoid(3) connected to a cable(2) is mounted in a casing(1), and elastically supported by a coil spring(5). A micro switch(6) is turned on and off, and the door cover is opened and closed by an opening pin(9). A turning link is turned around a central hinge shaft(7), and an end(8a) of the turning link is fixed in the middle of the operating bar of the solenoid. The other end(8b) of the turning link is connected to a middle hinge shaft(9a) of the opening pin, and an interval groove(10) is formed in the casing to move the other end of the turning link right and left. |
