PURPOSE: A method for performing an electric signature and an encryption process on a message is provided to improve the speed of total algorithm by simplifying a calculating process for a k-key value. CONSTITUTION: A method for performing an electric signature and an encryption process on a message includes a process for generating a k-key value, a process for generating an electronic signature value, a process for generating a ciphertext, and a transmitting process. The process for generating the k-key value is performed to generate an arbitrary k-key value(S101). The process for generating the electronic signature value is performed to generate the electronic signature value by using the generated k-key value(s104). The process for generating the ciphertext is performed to generate the ciphertext for the electronic signature value and a transmitting message(S107). The transmitting process is performed to transmit the ciphertext and the k-key value to a receiver(S109).
