The spinal implant has first hooks (3, 4) co-operating with second hooks (5, 6) so as to form a self-centering holder adjustable by sliding. A fixation unit (28) fixes the second hooks with respect to the first hooks. A fixation unit fixes a stroke pin (11) within the first hooks. A transversal pin permits to connect the hooks (3, 4) to each other in a direction perpendicular to the stroke pin.
