PURPOSE: A method and a device for a lottery service through the network are provided to enjoy a lottery game of a high probability at a chip expense by fixing/selecting 5 numbers for each group, and join in the lottery game free or receive the high earnings according to a number of members by receiving a predetermined amount if the member induces/registers other members. CONSTITUTION: A member information database(DB1) manages the information and the data such the basic personal information of the member and a recommender. A reward database(DB2) is used for searching the recommender or calculating the reward. A lottery group database(DB3) manages the 5 fixed lottery numbers of the group. A server(S) transmits/controls the information and the data of the databases. A member computer(C) fixes a lottery group and confirms a drawing result by connecting to the server.
