摘要 PURPOSE: A high rubber acryl-based impact modifier, its preparation method and a vinyl chloride-based resin containing the impact modifier are provided, to improve powder flowability, impact resistance and weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: The high rubber acryl-based impact modifier comprises 0.3-10 parts by weight of a seed containing a copolymer of a vinyl-based monomer-hydrophilic monomer which comprises 65-99.0 wt% of a vinyl-based monomer, 0.5-30 wt% of a hydrophilic monomer and 0.5-5 wt% of a crosslinking agent monomer; 89.7-94.7 parts by weight of a rubbery core surrounding the seed which comprises 97.0-99.9 wt% of a C1-C8 alkyl acrylate and 0.1-3.0 wt% of a crosslinking agent monomer; and 0.3-10 parts by weight of a shell surrounding the rubbery core which comprises a C1-C4 alkyl methacrylate. The vinyl chloride-based resin comprises 80-99 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride-based resin; and 1-20 parts by weight of the acryl-based impact modifier.
