PURPOSE: A method for compositing the excrement of domestic animals is provided, to produce an organic fertilizer of high quality and to discharge the waste water by pretreating and dehydrating the excrement of domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of injecting the excrement of domestic animals into an entrance(1); removing impurities; supplying the sludge discharged in the treatment of waste water to a water collect bath(3) to induce the rotting by microorganism; adding phyllite, zeolite, loess, quartz porphyry, tourmaline, sericite, illite and allophane powder to convert the organic material into water-insoluble nonvolatile initial humus soil; reacting the water-insoluble nonvolatile initial humus soil with an alkali material such as calcium hydroxide at an alkali reaction bath(7); neutralizing the obtained one at a neutralization bath(11); aggregating the neutralized one and precipitating the aggregate at a precipitation bath(15); dehydrating the precipitated sludge; and fermenting the dehydrated one to prepare compost. |
