PURPOSE: A method of making the rice by coating polished rice maintaining in a clean state with dietary fiber while blowing air and then drying is provided. The rice inhibits the body absorption of cholesterol while retaining a carbohydrate nutrient of polished rice itself and facilitates bowel movement, thereby to prevent adult disease and constipation. CONSTITUTION: After milling rice, it is allowed to pass through a rice polisher and then washed. Thereafter, the polished rice which is in a clean state is coated with 0.5g dietary fiber per 100g polished rice two times and then dried. In the above coating process, 0.25g dietary fiber is applied on polished rice in the first time and 0.25g remaining dietary fiber is then applied thereon in the second time. |
