PURPOSE: An exhaust apparatus is provided to prevent losses of vacuum and achieve improved exhaust efficiency by arranging a vacuum line such that the vacuum line is not curved with respect to a center valve. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust apparatus comprises a base(32); a lower center valve(22b) arranged at the center of the base, and which has a plurality of through holes as vacuum paths; an upper center valve(22a) arranged to be rotatable with respect to the lower center valve, and which has a plurality of through holes as vacuum paths; a rotatable table(21) arranged to be rotatable together with the upper center valve, and which has protrusions(38) formed at a predetermined interval at the bottom surface of the table; a plurality of vacuum heads(28) arranged at a predetermined interval at the top surface of the table and communicated to the through holes of the upper center valve; a plurality of vacuum members for providing vacuum to the vacuum heads through the lower center valve; and a table rotating member selectively connected to the protrusions of the rotatable table such that the table rotating member rotates the rotatable table and the upper center valve fixed thereto, wherein the table rotating member rotates the rotatable table by pushing the table in a circumferential direction. An upper vacuum line(24) extended from the vacuum heads to the upper center valve is introduced through the upper surface of the upper center valve. A vacuum line extended from the lower center valve to the vacuum members is led out from the bottom surface of the lower center valve.
