PURPOSE: A partition panel is provided to prevent the bending and the twisting events by an aluminum complex panel and to improve the durability and the waterproof property. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum complex panel(30) is layered between a wood powder panel(20) and a finishing material(40) to prevent the bending and the twisting of a wood powder sheet(21). The aluminum complex panel is formed by equipping a low-density polyethylene sheet(31), sticking aluminum sheets(33a,33b) in both sides of the polyethylene sheet by sticking films(32a,32b) and forming epoxy primer layers(34a,34b) in one sides of the aluminum sheets. The aluminum complex panel is layered between the wood powder panel and the finishing material by using epoxy glue(51a,51b,52a). Thereby, the bending and the twisting event of the wood powder panel by the wet absorption are prevented by the aluminum complex panel.
