The method involves positioning a door frame (12) with respect to a referential door and an opening frame (14) with respect to a referential opening. An actual size of the door frame and an upright pillar of openings, on which fittings are disposed, is measured. Repartition of the fittings is determined based on the measure and fittings fixing unit is machined based on the determined repartition. An Independent claim is also included for a device for implementing joint work producing process.
