PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in stiffness, impact resistance, weather resistance, molding processability and the balance of these physical properties, and also having a good adhesive property to a deoximation type silicone-based sealing material. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains a resin component consisting of (I) a graft copolymer obtained by performing a graft polymerization of a compounded rubber consisting of a polyorganosiloxane and an alkyl(meth)acrylate with a specific grafting component and having 0.08-0.2μm mean particle diameter and (II) a specific vinyl-based copolymer, and by taking the total of the components (I) and (II) as 100pts.mass, the content of the component (I) is 30-70pt.mass. Also the amount of a vinyl cyanide compound in an acetone dissolvable portion and the amount of the vinyl cyanide compound in an acetone insoluble portion have a specific relationship, and further the amount of the vinyl cyanide compound in the acetone dissolvable portion is a specific amount.
