PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering member structure capable of firmly connecting each member on a driver's seat side and a front passenger seat side without increasing weight. SOLUTION: This connection structure of the steering member 1 is constituted in such a way that it has the driver's seat side member 2 in which a cylindrical part 2a on a driver's seat side extending in the direction of vehicle width supports a steering column and a flange part 2b on the driver's seat side is fixed to a side panel 4 on the driver's seat side and the front passenger seat side member 3 in which a cylindrical part 3a on a front passenger seat side extending in the direction of vehicle width is connected with the cylindrical part 2a on the driver's seat side of the driver's seat side member 2 and a flange part 3b on the front passenger seat side is fixed to a side panel 6 on the front passenger seat side. The cylindrical part 2a on the driver's seat side of the driver's seat side member 2 and the cylindrical part 3a on the front passenger seat side of the front passenger seat side member 3 are mutually connected by a connection pin 7 extending in the direction of vehicle width.
