PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer head part structure which can eliminate slack by an original winding function of a transfer tool even if there is the slack in a transfer tape in the transfer during the use of the transfer tool. SOLUTION: The transfer head part structure of the transfer tool has a recessed part 15 for recovering a tape in which a place opposing to a recovering tape traveling surface 10b to recover and guide the used transfer tape T' in the transfer head H among the edge parts of a head insertion opening 6 at the tip part of a case C is retreated to the rear. By this, even if there is the slack in the transfer tape T', the slack in the transfer tape T' can be naturally eliminated. The slack can be eliminated by securing smooth retraction by the original winding function of the transfer tool without occurrence of a caught state caused by the contact of the transfer tape T' with the edge part of the head insertion opening 6 by the existence of the recessed part 15 for recovering the tape.
