PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type powder compression molding machine capable of consistently maintaining hardness of a molded product. SOLUTION: A plurality of mortars are provided on a rotary disk in a horizontally rotatable and attachable/detachable manner by a vertical shaft at a predetermined pitch in a frame. An upper pounder and a lower pounder are held in a vertically slidable manner above and below each mortar. Powder filled in each mortar is compression-molded by setting at least the rotary disk at a substantially constant temperature, and passing the upper and lower pounders with each pounder tip inserted in each mortar through between upper and lower rolls. The rotary type powder compression molding machine comprises an introduction pathway which is provided in the vertical shaft to introduce the medium to keep the temperature of at least the rotary shaft to be a substantially constant preset value to the rotary disk from a lower end side of the vertical shaft, a medium passage which is provided in the rotary disk to be communicated with the introduction pathway, and a discharge pathway which is provided inside the vertical shaft to discharge the medium returned through each medium passage from the lower end side of the vertical shaft outside.
