PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter by which an object to be cut can be supported by one hand by performing operation of an edge part and irradiation with a light source by the other hand, the light source irradiates a place to be cut with light like a spot so as to avoid giving influence to the surrounding, and the feeling of a hobby of a user is satisfied. SOLUTION: The cutter has a casing which can be gripped, and is provided with the edge part energized by a spring means at one end of the casing. The cutter is provided with the light source at a part of the casing, and a holder means in the neighborhood of the other end of the casing. A tongue part is formed at the tip of the edge part.
