<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video information having reliability for enabling visual examination of defects of a welding part such as a pipe, which used to be performed by visual inspection, by a video such as a moving image or a still picture. <P>SOLUTION: The reliability is increased by adding to the video information on time, a place, a temperature, a humidity, an altitude, environments, a voice or the like at the time of filming. Moreover, by transferring filming data to a data management company through the Internet or the like immediately after the filming without storing them in a video acquisition means, it becomes impossible to revise a photographer or the like, the reliability of the video is increased, and the video information becomes one of high reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
