<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder which can record or erase information onto or from a reversible multi-color thermal recording medium capable of recording/erasing information repeatedly. <P>SOLUTION: The recorder 100 comprises means 30, 33 and 36 for oscillating a plurality of laser lights 41-43 having different wavelengths for a reversible multi-color recording medium 10(70), a means for scanning the surface of the reversible multi-color recording medium, a means for modulating the output of laser light selectively depending on the scanning position and recording information, and lens systems 51-53 for directing the plurality of laser lights toward an optical deflector 24 from different directions, wherein the reversible multi-color recording medium is irradiated, at different positions thereof, with the plurality of laser lights deflected by the deflector 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
