PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the following situation that a pocket communication device having a television broadcasting receiving function has the inconvenience of becoming incapable of causing a viewer to grasp the content of a program fragmentarily, since television broadcasting can not be viewed during telephone conversation, if a cellular phone becomes in a communication state while the television broadcasting is on. SOLUTION: This pocket communication device 1 is so formed as to automatically record the television broadcasting by a recording / playback section 5, if telephone conversation is started by its cellular phone section 4, and automatically start regenerating the television broadcasting by the recording / playback section 5 from the point of time of the recording start along with the finish of the telephone conversation continuing recording. Consequently, the user can view the content of the television broadcasting broadcast during the telephone conversation without being omitted in spite of the telephone conversation.
