PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily ensure mutual independence between radio communication networks where communication cells are overlapping. SOLUTION: A multifunction access point MF_AP1 operating in the neighborhood is transmitting a beacon including SSID intermittently. When starting anew in the generalized radio cell 11 of the MF_AP1, an MF_AP2 collects SSID information under use on the periphery by passive scan. More specifically, beacon of each channel is received and SSID included in the beacon is acquired. Using a given generation algorithm, SSID of each cell being generalized by itself is generated automatically to be different from a previous value. The generated SSID is set as the SSID of a radio cell to be generalized and started if the generated SSID does not overlap the acquired SSID otherwise processing for collecting SSID in the neighborhood and automatically reproducing the SSID are performed again.
