PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a means of inscribing characters is not available since safety display reference are neither provided nor standardized. SOLUTION: Provided are four kinds of symbolic TORA tapes which are read and yellow for (Caution: Flammable.), blue and yellow for (Attention: Water leak.), black and yellow for (Danger), and green and yellow for (Off-limits).
