PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera having a simplified actuator for an aperture shutter. SOLUTION: The 1st actuator having two poles or four poles infinitely close to a rotary plunger is combined with the 2nd actuator having 16 poles securing the controllability of diaphragm control. When driving the aperture shutter as an aperture, the 2nd actuator necessarily energizes it in either a normal or reverse direction, and the 1st actuator is used as assistance so as to get over a dead point in operation stroke. When using the aperture shutter as a shutter, only the 1st actuator energizes it in an opening or closing direction, and the 2nd actuator is not used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
