PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a slipping-off from an opening between a sound insulation plate and a support of a latch is prevented. SOLUTION: A sound-insulation plate latch for a sound insulating wall has a first vertical side section 12, which is extended in approximately the vertical direction and in which one surface in the thickness direction is abutted against a surface on the opening side in the thickness direction of the sound insulation plate in the case of an installation into the opening, and a second vertical side section 13, which is connected at the lower end section of the first vertical side section 12 and extended in approximately the vertical direction so as to be opposed to the first vertical side section 12 and so that a horizontal distance with the first vertical side section 12 is increased towards the upper side and in which an upper end section is abutted against the side face of a groove section in the case of a mounting into the opening S.
