PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable damper and a construction structure having the detachable damper which can be manufactured in such a manner that the damper can cope with fine deformation, and great deformation caused by an earthquake or the like, and which has a simple structure and can be reused. SOLUTION: The damper 1 is detachably constituted by holding lead or lead-based alloy between metal plates to unify. The damper combines the lead or the lead-based alloy 5 with the metal plates 3 and 4 by homogeneous welding, and a recess section 6 relaxing stress concentration is formed in at least two surfaces among the outer circumferential surfaces between the metal plates in the lead or the lead-based alloy 5.
