BUILDING METHOD OF CAPITAL OF HOLLOW PIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely build a solid capital on a hollow column at low cost. SOLUTION: When the capital 2 is built, a bottom form 7 is hung down to put it on the hollow column 1 by a crane to close the center hole 5. The bottom form 7 has a reversed ship's bottom-shaped box body and made by affixing wooden plates 10 on a steel frame 9. A number of piers 11 stretching from the inside steel frame 9 are stuck horizontally out so as to hook on the edge of the holes of the hollow column. The middle part 15a of the tie-rod of the lowermost stage connecting mutual external forms 6 is fitted to the bottom form in advance before it is carried in the site and after the bottom form has been hung down on the hollow column, another tie-rod is additionally joined to the middle tie-rod 15a with the bottom form and fixed to the external form 6.
