PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking and sending device for a sheet body surely sending an uppermost-layer sheet body from a lower-layer sheet body and stably separating the uppermost-layer sheet, when the uppermost layer sheet body out of a stacked plurality of sheet bodies is sucked and sent. SOLUTION: In the sucking and sending device 50, a vacuum pump 52 generates pulsating negative pressure for making suction disks 40 suck a printing plate, and a solenoid two way valve 58 and a variable throttle valve 64 can release suction negative pressure into the air within a range where the suction disks 40 can suck the printing plate. By releasing the suction negative pressure into the air, differences occur in suction force among the suction disks 40 caused by differences in levels of the pulsating negative pressure, the suction disks 40 are vertically deformed along with the pulsations. Therefore, the uppermost-layer printing plate 12 sucked by the suction disks 40 is vertically vibrated (operation of division), is surely separated from the lower-layer printing plate, and then is stably sent.
