PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a PC (pre-cast concrete) plate usable for a bearing wall, an earthquake-proof wall, and a floor slab to be manufactured continuously and easily. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the pre-cast concrete plate 1 wherein concrete is placed on a bottom die plate 12 by a concrete placing machine 11 and formed by a quick demolding method, concrete 14 is placed on the bottom die plate 12 by the concrete placing machine 11 to form a concrete body as a first process, a wire netting 2 is laid thereon before the concrete body is hardened as a second process, the concrete is placed on the wire netting 2 by the concrete placing machine 11 to form the concrete body as a third process, and a concrete plate in which the wire netting 2 is buried is integrally molded by the quick demolding method.
