The invention relates to a toothbrush produced by means of an AFT method, sa id toothbrush comprising a head part and at least one carrier element connected thereto. The front surface of the head part, formed by the surfaces of the a t least one carrier element, has a solid shape deviating from a plane and/or i s able to adopt one such shape in accordance with the required use. The invention also relates to a method for producing one such toothbrush.
