<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable sterilization garment which can repeatedly be worn without sterilization and disinfection by preventing a radiation or X-ray protected garment from being contaminated with a body liquid etc. <P>SOLUTION: This one-piece dress-type disposable sterilization garment comprises: a neck part (3) obtained by die-cutting the center part of the upper end seal (2) of a bag-shaped sheet (1) having an open lower end (1b) by a size so that the human head can pass through the die-cut part; and hand parts (4a and 4b) obtained by die-cutting from both of the ends of the upper end seal (2) of a the sheet toward upper parts on both of the sides of the sheet by a size so that the human arms can pass through the die-cut parts.
