<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and useful screening method for developing a hair cultivating agent effective component, and the hair cultivating agent effective component evaluated through the screening method and a hair cultivating agent composition wherein the component is mixed. <P>SOLUTION: This invention includes a screening method of the hair cultivating agent effective component by using histamine biosynthesis inhibition action, especially activation inhibition of a histidine decarbonization enzyme, as an evaluation index, and a hair cultivating agent composition containing the hair cultivating agent effective component acquired by using the histamine biosynthesis inhibition action as the evaluation index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
