<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a power conversion device which realize size reduction, high efficiency, and low inductance. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises positive electrode and negative electrode DC terminals (3, 2) formed out of conductor plates, a semiconductor switch (13a), output terminals (4, 5, 6), and capacitors (29a, 29b) for relieving a voltage fluctuation when the semiconductor switch (13a) is driven. An insulator (11) is put between the positive electrode DC terminal (3) and the negative electrode DC terminal (2) for lamination, each of which is directly connected to poles corresponding to the capacitors (29a, 29b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
