<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a power conversion device which realize size reduction, high efficiency, and low inductance. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises positive electrode and negative electrode DC terminals (3, 2) formed out of conductor plates, a semiconductor switch (13a), output terminals (4, 5, 6), and capacitors (29a, 29b) for relieving a voltage fluctuation when the semiconductor switch (13a) is driven.
