<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage switching valve capable of suppressing leakage of the fluid without using a sealing material and surely switching the flow passage of a fluid without leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The flow passage switching valve has the following constitution. An inlet port 2, a first outlet port 3, and a second outlet port 4 are formed to a valve passage 6 in a housing 1. It communicates by switching the first outlet port 3 and the second outlet port 4 to the inlet port 2. A partition wall 5 is formed between the first outlet port 3 and the second outlet port 4. A valve shaft 8 is supported so as to be capable of turning at a location adjacent to the partition wall 5. A valve body 7 having valve vanes 7a, 7b on both sides and approximately L-shaped in a side view is mounted to the valve shaft 8 so as to switch the first outlet port 3 and the second outlet port 4.
