<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for immediate simultaneous broadcasting by a display medium which progresses individual broadcasting, group broadcasting for a region or common broadcasting by the display medium. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with at least one broadcasting center 10 which classifies, arranges, and inputs the recorded video of a program whose production has been completed to the computer of at least one control center. At least two displays 12 are connected to the broadcasting center 10 through a communication network and are provided with a perception system module 18 having a visual module and an auditory module for receiving a visual signal and auditory signal and outputting the signals to the broadcasting center.
