<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter array whose production yield can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter array has at least one pixel element (200). Each of the pixel elements (200) includes at least one main semiconductor laser (202) and at least one auxiliary semiconductor laser (204).
