<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight synthetic resin bag from which a central frame is omitted and in which a slide fastener is used in place of an engaging and detaching mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A bag body (10) and a lid body (20) are respectively formed of a synthetic resin material by integral molding and are coupled to each other by a hinge on one side. Open edges (10a and 20a) of the bag body (10) and the lid body (20) are respectively provided with edging parts (30a and 30b) each of which is formed of rubber or the like and is composed of an inner part (31) and an outer part (32) coupled in a twofold state. A cover surface part (33) whose end is folded toward the side of a twofold part (34) is provided adjacent to the outer parts (32) of the edging parts (30a and 30b). Tape parts (41a and 41b) of the slide fastener(40) are inserted between the outer surfaces (32) and the cover surface (33).
