PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power unit which can materialize further weight reduction, thinning, and downsizing while keeping its large current capacity. SOLUTION: This DC power unit has parts for power conversion, which include a semiconductor 21 for power, a functional macromolecular electrolytic capacitor 1, a helical structure of inductor 22, and a film-form substrate 20. Moreover, the functional macromolecular aluminum electronic capacitor 1 has one or more elements of functional macromolecular electrolytic capacitors within, and all the terminals of reach element are arranged collectively at one plane of the functional macromolecular aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1. Moreover, the functional macromolecular aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 has an insulating cover, and its thickness is 500μm or under. Moreover, the functional macromolecular aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 has a cathode terminal using a conductive material arranged in the through hole of an anode metallic foil.
