PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a hysteresis comparator circuit capable of adjusting a hysteresis width of high precision without being affected by a power source voltage and requiring a large resistance ratio. SOLUTION: By serially connecting a circuitry consisting of resistors 13 and 14 and switches 5 and 6 for short-circuiting both ends of the resistors to each circuit of a differential pair and controlling them on the basis of comparator output signals Vp and Vo, the hysteresis width is adjusted.
