PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a waterproof dense layer on the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete so as to provide a design on the surface and to protect the surface. SOLUTION: A mortar composition containing an acrylic latex dispersed with a nonionic surfactant is applied on the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete panel.
