PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remedy for glaucoma, containing a compound having LIM kinase inhibitory action or its salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The compound having the LIM kinase inhibitory action accelerates actin depolymerization of trabecular cells and lowers intraocular pressure.
