PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a contact member from being damaged when packing or transporting without using a member only for packing by having structure of fitting and temporarily fixing a part of casing structure using a contact base material as an electronic part to a sheet-like contact so as to protect the contact of a contact member, to prevent the slacking of the contact member when engaging, and to facilitate manufacturing management by eliminating the position deviation of the contact member by using a porous member to keep the posture. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process of pulling out and separating a sheet-like wiring substrate and an inter-layer member overlapped and wound on a supply reel, a process of fitting a wiring pattern and a casing member to the pulled out sheet-like wiring substrate, a process of forming a bump at a wiring pattern fitted to the sheet-like wiring substrate for generating a sheet-like contact, and a process of overlapping the inter-layer member to the sheet-like contact to roll it on a take-up side reel.
