PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure and a lighting device capable of reducing the weight of a main body, and capable of moving an installation member to an intended position without requiring any post-work for opening a hole. SOLUTION: The lighting device is composed of a cylinder-shaped main body part 1 having openings 9 at both ends and grooves 6 formed on the outer surface along the longitudinal direction having a wide width part 7 inside, end parts 2 joined to the opening 9 through a packing 3 to cover the opening 9, and fixing tools 4 having a head part 15 fitted to the wide width part 7 of the groove 6 and a screw part 16 protruded from the groove 6. Grooves 8 having C-shaped cross section are formed on the inner surface of the main body part 1 along the longitudinal direction thereof, through holes 10 corresponding to the grooves 8 are formed on the end parts 2, through holes 11 corresponding to the groove 8 and the through hole 10 are formed on the packing 3, and screws 4 are screwed into the grooves 8 through the through holes 10, 11.
