摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color electro-luminescence display having an organic electro-luminescence element structure for obtaining high efficiency and long life characteristics, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The organic electro-luminescence display has two or more kinds of organic electro-luminescence elements (11R, 11G and 11B) formed on a substrate 2 in a pattern, that emit different wave length lights respectively. At least the first electrode 3, an organic EL (electro-luminescence) light emitting layer 5 which emits a light in a specific wave length region, an electron injecting layer 8 which is composed of a single layer structure that consists of a Ca (Calcium) layer 7 corresponding the organic EL light emitting layer 5 or which is composed of a laminated structure that consists of the first layer 6 formed with a metal excluding Ca in the 1A group or the 2A group of the periodic table of elements having a work function of 1.5 to 3.0 eV and one or at least two of an oxide, a halide or a carbonate of the metal and that also consists of the Ca layer 7, and the second electrode 9, are laminated sequentially. Wherein, a blue light emitting layer is composed of a laminated structure consisting of the first layer 6 and the Ca layer 7 preferably, and a red light emitting layer is composed of the single layer structure consisting of the Ca layer preferably.
