PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact material with excellent corrosion resistance under a vulcanized environment and an operating switch with little degradation of solderability and contact resistance even under sulfuric environment. SOLUTION: A first layer consisting of Ag or an Ag alloy, a second layer with Ni, Co, or their alloy as a main component with a thickness of 0.001 to 0.20μm, and a surface layer with Pd or a Pd alloy as a main component with a thickness of 0.001 to 0.4μm are laminated in that order on a conductive substrate.
