PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk holding mechanism which is small-sized, lightweight, and easily assembled, in an optical disk unit. SOLUTION: A clamper for fixing an optical disk is constituted of two components, i.e., a magnetic material component and a synthetic resin component having the connection part with the magnetic material component, a clamper holder for mounting the clamper is rotated integrally with the outer lid of an exterior, and an engaging part to the clamper holder is pulled out from both of the two clamper components.
