PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device for detecting a land prepit signal and a wobble signal with high precision. SOLUTION: The device comprises a photodetector; a 1st push-pull signal detecting circuit for detecting a 1st radial push-pull signal, based on a pair of difference signals generated from the photodetector; a wobble detecting circuit for detecting the wobble signal, based on the 1st radial push-pull signal; a 2nd push-pull signal detecting circuit for detecting the 2nd radial push-pull signal, based on the pair of difference signals; and a prepit detecting circuit for detecting the land prepit signal, based on the 2nd radial push-pull signal.
