PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it has been difficult to accurately extract a feeble target signal 21 from a target since the target signal 21 is embedded among intense direct waves 22 and undesired reflected waves 23 in passive radar equipment. SOLUTION: Attention is focused on the motion of the target. For removing undesired signals by a frequency axis (a Doppler axis), the frequencies of airwaves etc. are analyzed at a peak detector 5. By inputting the result of the frequency analysis to a band rejection filter 6 as a filter null control signal 7, the direct waves 22 and the undesired reflected waves 23 are removed, and location orientation is performed at a location orienting device 8.
