PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure inspection pipe introducing a primary pressure to an atmosphere release valve, and a counterflow prevention device eliminating the need for the mounting work. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 8 consists of a constant differential pressure regulating valve 8a and a pilot valve 8b so that the constant differential pressure regulating valve 8a generates a constant differential pressure when water is passed. The atmosphere release valve 12 takes a primary pressure P1 from the upstream side of a flow rate sensor 7, takes a secondary pressure P2 from the downstream side of a check valve 9, detects the differential pressure generated at the constant differential pressure regulating valve 8a with a diaphragm 12a, and closes a atmosphere opening port by seating a valve element 12b. If the water pressure of a water supply pipe 1 decreases by water supply cutoff, the pressure relation between both surfaces of the diaphragm 12a becomes reverse, and the downstream side of the check valve 9 opens to the atmosphere. In this case, if the checking function of the check valve 10 malfunctions, the sanitary sewage may flow backward from a bathtub 11. However, since the sanitary sewage passed through the check valve 10 opens to the atmosphere, it is hindered from backward flowing to a hot water supply pipe 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
