PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress produce oil leakage in a dynamic-pressure bearing used for a fan motor. SOLUTION: This dynamic-pressure bearing 4 is used for the fan motor 1, and comprises a shaft 15 and a sleeve 11. The sleeve 11 is disposed rotatably around the shaft 15, and comprises inner peripheral surfaces 31a and 32a having dynamic-pressure generating grooves 25 and 26 formed therein, oppositely to each other, through a minute clearance 34 between between the sleeve and the outer peripheral surface 15a of the shaft 15. First and second radial bearing parts 21 and 22 are formed of the outer peripheral surface 15a of the shaft 15, the inner peripheral surfaces 31a and 32a of the sleeve 11, and oil filled in the minute clearance 34. The sleeve 11 comprises first cylindrical members 31 and 32 made of an oil-impregnated sintered bearing forming the inner peripheral surfaces 31a and 32a and a second cylindrical member 33 made of the oil-impregnated sintered body disposed on the outer peripheral side of the first cylindrical members 31 and 32.
