PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition easy to handle, that produces an insulating hardened product with excellent heat resistance, heat and moisture resistance and fungus resistance. SOLUTION: This aqueous polyurethane resin composition comprises a one-pack insulating polyurethane resin that is obtained by the reaction of a polyol having an oxygen content of 20 wt% or less and an iodine number of 155 mgKOH/g or less with a polyisocyanate, and a benzimidazole compound.
