PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending machine the structure of which is simple and with which D-value for bending a work to the target angle of a product is easily determined. SOLUTION: In the bending machine 1 in which the work W is bent by using a punch 3 and a die 5, the machine has a position/attitude detecting means 7 for detecting whether the work W is set in the attitude before the repositioning to the die 5 or not when the work W after bending is positioned again and set to the die 5.
